Outdated operation centre?

Hey. I had to do a fresh install on my computer, and when i installed my PMDG 737-800/900 NGX package, i got a really old operation centre like this

 

It says the app is up to date, But i really want to be able to get the more modern and updated one like this

When I just opened my Operations Center 2, it advised there was an update, I selected it and now the version changed from ..8653 to 2.0.0.8660

8660 is the latest public release

This IS the new PMDG Operations Center (OCII)!  It has replaced the one you mistakenly think is new.
