Having to repurchase fs2crew 777 all over again?!

Featured Replies

I logged into my account to redownload this addon only to find out that this version was for P3D v3 and that for P3D v4 and up I had to get a new version which I then find out that I have to repurchase it all over again for $40 USD. I'm kind of upset right now that I have to pay full price for an add-on that I already own and does basically the same thing. This is what really bothers me and one of the things that makes me want to just hold off for MSFS 2020 instead of respending my hard earned money on the same thing over and over again. It adds up in the end. I wouldn't mind perhaps a small upgrade free, but charging the full amount again??? Ridiculous. Sorry I just had to vent.

There are other copilot programs that don't charge for every update, plane or version.  I'd recommend checking one of the out.

Some programs and aircraft require a new version and a new purchase when moving from 32 bit (v3 and below) to 64 bit (v4 and above).  The issue is that there is considerable effort involved in making this conversion.

Either something is good enough to buy again or it's not.  Decision is up to you.

Are you talking about 5 euros off? That still makes it about $35.
