Unable to open "Texture.zip" file

All,

I downloaded this repaint for the Flight1 BN2:
 
Logan Airlines Britten-Norman BN2 Islander v1.1

After downloading, I cannot open the Texture.zip file to place in the aircraft folder. An error box opens that says Texture.zip' is invalid.
I did download another BN2 repaint from the same developer and opened all with no problems at all.
Appreciate any help on this one or a location to find another Logan Airlines repaint for the BN2.
