UGCX not reading EGCC airport data. Sees heliport instead

Recommended Posts

I just bought ugcx because of v5 compatability. Running V5 with orbx true earth england and UK2000 Manchester extreme both of which have been updated to v5 compatability. I get the error saying aircraft not on stand and when I look at the airport diagram it shows 3 parking spots. I checked the log file and it is reading me at JFGC instead of EGLL which I have seen others report when using GSX.

Also what setting is this referring to? cant find it.

**WARNING!** - The module has detected that your 'ADVANCED ANIMATIONS' setting is currently OFF!, this could affect the ramp agents movements!

Thanks

Chris

There is NOT any runway neither taxiway lines right?

That means that the following option is UNCHECKED or DISABLED in P3D:

Correct, because it is loading the heliport data(JFGC) rather than the main airport data (EGCC). This seems to be a known issue as other users have had this with gsx. I just can't find a fix for it.

I'm guessing that will be FSX only then as I cannot find that setting in P3D V5

Okay, Im just writting a fix in the UGCX module's code, so it excludes all heliports, so it can see the correct data

It should also be present in P3Dv5 only with a different looking, I think it was in "Settings - Graphics" or "Display" window
