As far as I know, the VC-10 was developed by the in-house team.

Are they still running a support desk? I picked up their Flying Club bundle in this sale but it didn't install properly and nobody's answering support tickets, it seems. First one of their own products I've bought and if this is the level of support on offer it'll be the last.

They are UK based.  I haven't heard of any issues re support. Ive always had a good experience with them

My experience of Just Flight support has been consistently good. I would be very surprised if they don’t resolve your issue soon.
