It's also the weekend.
I have no problem with a developer or a store working only inside of their usual business hours, wherever they may be located - they have lives too.

Maybe @Martyn JF will see this? I know that he's active over on FSElite's comments section.

I've no problem with a support desk not working on weekends, that's entirely normal and healthy. I do have a problem when they haven't answered a ticket raised in the middle of the week.

But based on everyone's positive impressions of Just Flight on here perhaps mine is just that occasional case that slips between the cracks. I'm sure all will be well once it's picked up. 😄
