Live Traffic on Virtual Cockpit Radar/Map Screen?

Recommended Posts

Is it possible to view Live Traffic on the Virtual Cockpit's Radar/Map Screen like the regular AI Traffic is?

Thank you very much!

Yes. It is shown of you have TFC enabled in your cockpit.

Thank you, I am trying to get it to work but in Prepar3d v5 Patch 1 it doesn't seem to be showing the Traffic on the Virtual Cockpit's Screen even when the TRAFFIC is enabled on the Map in the plane I'm using the Corenado Phenom 300. It works for regular AI. All the traffic from RealTraffic shows correctly in the Simulator. Thank you.

And what happens if you try another airplane?

Thank you very much for your valuable time, just donated! SB
So it doesn't seem to work in other planes like the Mooney Bravo G1000 either, pictured here with traffic in air and ground.

Thx!

Note that normally traffic is only shown if TFC is set, if it is within lateral range (set by EFIS) and if it is not more than +2700 .. -2700 feet from your user aircraft in height.

Also note that PSXT is not sending traffic info to your aircraft directly. The live ai aircraft exist in the simulator and it is up to the user aircraft to detect and depict them. Just like other apps such as Little nav map do.

I run CS 757 and PMDG 737 without problems. Have not heard from others about this. Are you sure your aircraft is installed ok? Set the AI traffic slider in your sim at 0%, do not use the FSUIPC traffic limiter ...
