Hi, is FFTF Dynamic compatible with P3D v5.1 HF1?

I've been using it with no problem.

By my side, the program running, but i don't think it is working correctly, just as with P3D v 5.1 (without hot fix). Using AGL Scenario and changing the FFTF value does nothing with FPS.

@GSalden: Good Morning Gerard. I am thinking about purchasing FFTF again (have the prior version for P3D V4.....never updated from myside).

Can you confirm that it is working correctly for you with no issues (P3D V5.1HF1)?

I will use it with VR. Unlimited Frames, TB off and within FFTF using AGL Mode.

This should work. I just tested my FPS and Frametimes with VR by implementing a FFTF in the MAIN Section of my P3D.CFG file. Value 0.10 does indeed bring me more smooth experience. Frames seem more stable and less fluctuating and with F22 low level (max 3000FT) at 600Knots above ground I get no blurries (aka extremer scenario which I will not use with airliners at all......;-)

I thought you use FFTF. Some user here report it is working, some report it seems not working correctly.

Is it working for you?

Thanks for any feedback on this.....

Never fly without it a must for airports, sit at a high detail addon airport then start FFTF and you will see the FPS increases.

Hi Marcus,

It is working as it should. My 3090 can handle it all without a FTFF value ( so the default 0.33 ) but I am using FTFF Dynamic to get those extra framerates at heavy airports and with rainy weather.

Great. I bought it, installed it and use it right now. Seems working like a charm. Thanks for your advise!

I use it with AGL 0 - 8000 and FFTF value 0.05 - 0.12 (I tested it at 2000 Feet with F22 at 600knots at EDDF area and 0.10 gave me now blurries and good FPS rate. So it seems ok to me to decrease the lower value further down as I assume that below 8000 feet most scenery is already loaded on approach........so 0.05 should be ok. But as it is "on the fly" adjustable....I can crank it up if it´s needed till I found the right value.

Marcus

So the problem seems to be my side. Can you please confirm, you are using FFTF Dynamic ver. 5.1.8.26742 on Prepar3D ver. 5.1.12.26829?

I'm on P3DV5.1 HF1.
FFTF Toll shows everything correctly but does not change in the Sim for me.

No matter what I set, nothing changes in the Sim.
I'm using the alt scenario.

No matter what value I set, I see no change in the frames.

At this Time i use the latest Version !

Same here. In previous versions of P3D i was blocking frames at 120 (internal in P3D) and using different FFTF range i was able to see the result in FPS. Now it's not working that way.

FFTF 5.1.8.26742

P3D V5.1 HF1

FFTF do not has any effect on frame rate, neither in the altitude mode nor in frame rate mode.
