FSX-MS DVD

I purchased Flight Simulator Deluxe Edition on DVD.

When running the DVD I get following error messages.

Can anybody give me a hint how to proceed?

Has this computer ever had FSX installed on it?  Are the DVDs brand new or did you buy a used copy?  Check both DVDs for marks or scratches

Forget the DVDs if you can't complete the install - Download the hassle-free FSX-STEAM for a nominal one-time fee (as many here wait in a holding pattern for the MSFS 2020).

I think I have the deluxe version with SP1 and SP2. I hope your DVD problems can be overcome because I have found it a good and stable installation.

Yes,I had FSX installed.The DVD are used but in good shape.

Why does it matter thjat FSX was installed ?

If the old FSX was not uninstalled correctly, there can be remnants of it on your computer causing your error.
