Tried to install, uninstall and install but no change´s.

The dll.xml is in my opinion correct.

That's most likely because you uninstalled then installed.

Try doing this:

1- Make sure UGCX is installed

2- Run P3D and wait until it crashed after UGCX window appears

3- Inmediatly go to the directory:

C:\Users\<Your username>\AppData\Roaming\Ultimate Ground Crew X

4- Check if the UGCX.log exists, if so, send us the content. It should have appeared. This LOG file is deleted/reset everytime P3D starts.

Cheers,

Manuel

Hello Manuel,

thanks for answere. Now the Log file is created.

The last Lines:

D:\All\Install_D\FLY\Addon Scenery\Eigene\Flugzeuge\21-Driver\add-on.xml
            Reading the ADD-ON.XML file, located in:
            D:\All\Install_D\FLY\Addon Scenery\Eigene\Flugzeuge\Carenado CT206H_Stationair\add-on.xml
            Reading the ADD-ON.XML file, located in:
            D:\All\Install_D\FLY\Addon Scenery\Eigene\Flugzeuge\mjc8q400\add-on.xml
            Reading the ADD-ON.XML file, located in:
            D:\All\Install_D\FLY\Addon Scenery\Eigene\Flugzeuge\RealAir Duke Turbine V2\add-on.xml

The Problem is the Duke Turbine. I have delete the Entry and

UGCX runs now. Can you see what is the Problem with

the Duke?  See the add-on.xml: (The same xml for all Planes Outside the Simulator )

<SimBase.Document Type="AddOnXml" version="4,0" id="add-on">
    <AddOn.Name>RealAir Duke Turbine V2</AddOn.Name>
    <AddOn.Description>RealAir Duke Turbine V2</AddOn.Description>
    <AddOn.Component>
        <Category>SimObjects</Category>
        <Path>D:\All\Install_D\FLY\Addon Scenery\Eigene\Flugzeuge</Path>
    </AddOn.Component>
    <AddOn.Component>
        <Category>Effects</Category>
        <Path>Effects</Path>
    </AddOn.Component
</SimBase.Document>

Next Point is the Dash Q8:

Pushback Start´s, Truck drives but the Plane stand still and then

the Truck stand still too, Pushback end´s here. See Picture:

https://ibb.co/CK0R30Y

Other Point is the Truck self. The Truck is good for a small Plane

but not for a 787. OK, UGCX is new for me and I can probably

adjust it. But, UGCX does not recognize the plane and does not

automatically a suitable truck to Pushback ?

https://ibb.co/XWrH01W

In the curve the tow bar lose the connection to the aircraft.

Okay, this is only visually. Can this be improved?

Best regards

1. UGCX doesn't auto select the tug (I think). Manuel will need to confirm.  You need to select the desired Tug in the aircraft profile.

2. Support for the Dash 8 is coming in the next version, which will be released very soon.

I'll let Manuel answer the rest.

No, calling direct from the Addon Menü.

After a UGCX Menü calling GSX Menü comes not.

By different Airplanes and Airports.

Hey!, Zulutime,

Yes, there is a known issue with some non-scenery components add-on.xml files. We are testing v2 and there is a fix that catches the UGCX error so it doesn't crash P3Dv5, so you can keep the Duke Turbine component installed.

Yes, as Bryan said, the Dash Q8 is now supported from v2, which is being tested.

Yes, I noticed that too. I made a small fix so the towbar keeps joint to the wheel and tug. With the fix it doesn't loose connection. This has been a known issue since time ago, and from v2 has been tried to be addressed/solved.

Confirmed!, yes you need to select it in the aircraft profile window, so it remmembers its always that tug type.
