PMDG 747 updated for v.5 includes WXR compatibility

As the topic says.  Available through the OPS Center applet.

Thanks. Just updated. I still don't like their Operation center ... too much clicks and ticks and bad scrolling behavior. Anyway, don't need it very often.

And as a correction to RSR's post on the pmdg's forum, it is not REX's WXR, it's Milviz's WXR...who now own the rights to it.

Does this mean compatibility with Active Sky P3D now in P3D v5?

Yes works with EA mode, flying right now VHHH-WSSS and have returns on the wxr, they may not be as accurate due to how EA is but I flew thru some red area and regretted it lol

Does this mean we can now setup the PMDG 747 to automatically load up the wind data from ActiveSky? It's been awhile and I don't remember exactly the details on how to set the PMDG planes to pull wx data automatically.

What about Rex Skyforce?... that has a weather engine too...  Would that work?
