planning for MSFS2020 new build

With MSFS 2020 coming later this year I am starting to think about a new system, one that doesn't kill the budget but also at ideal specs provided by MS.  Question, is there any difference between the i-7 9800x and the i-9 9900k?  Thanks for any input?

Mate, Intel lauch their new stuff in a week. Wait until the benchmarks are in from that stuff. The 10900K will replace the 9900K and you will be able to get the 10700K which will be about the same in performance, if not better than the 9900K for much less money.

Out of the two you mentioned the 9900K is better though unless you need more PCIe lanes.
