QualityWings 787

Recommended Posts

Aside from purchasing shares of Boeing this week :), I got the QualityWings 787 today and will test it out tomorrow. However, I am curious about the frame rates... Does it run well in v4 and v5? Kind regards and stay safe everyone.

Shelman S.

Yup, runs pretty good to be honest. Can get close to the VAS limit in FSX, but in P3D no problems.

Just to make sure, even though it's only indicated for P3D4 on flight one website, i'll have the latest version 1.3? (including P3D5? Thanks

Correct....improved over last version and smooth.....bit slippery on LNAV/VNAV...and I have issue with GSX2...Keeps CTD every time I request something from GSX2. I thought once I update to V5 it will disappear but nope...Only issue I have with V5.... I posted on their forum even but no answer...not sure if anyone else had it.

Correct, I just installed both and had no issues. It’s the same installer and same operations manager for v4 and v5.

Are there any changes and improvements or is this just a P3D v5 compatible installer?

Its definitely more than just V5 compatibility.

Support for Navigraph charts in the EFB, and the HUD symbology improvements on approach and landing seem to be the the most noticeable improvements so far.  Some bug fixes as well.
