GTN650/750 black screens X-Plane 11

I have installed and reinstalled the GTN750 with X-plane version 11.41.

Every time I go to the plug in menu all I get is a black screen with just the frame of the GTN unit.

It does not interace with any of the compatible panels. ie (Carenado etc.)

I've searched for answers to this issue to no avail, hence this post.

I'd be happy to attach files that might be helpful, but  I'm not sure which ones to use.

Hi,

Can you please post the content of the RXP log files? (see user's manual for file/path)
