Nav Data

Why not integrate with flight sim nav data systems, eg Navigraph?

I'm torn between the default X-Plane versions of the Garmin systems and these.  I suspect thousands of my flight sim colleagues are too.

I expect you'll get many more sales if you add Navigraph integration.

Thanks

Paul

I've managed to get the RXP 530 and 430 working with my XPlane 11 and RealSimGear boxes after way more reading and messing than expected and they SEEM to be working but (as an instrument rated flight instructor) I am seeing an entirely different approach environment to my regular towered Class D airport than I was seeing after installing Navigraph data prior to the switch. I PROMISE I have spent hours reading these threads, talking to pilots who have Garmin data subs for their aircraft, but - for the life of me - I cannot tell whether the approaches I am seeing (No LPV etc..) are different because my install is incomplete, some .ini file is screwed up, OR.....it's because I am now using ancient Garmin data as opposed to the Navigraph data I was using previously. Could it possibly be the ancient Garmin DB is my issue? (I've read that there might be a thumb-drive hack..) If so, how could this possibly be a viable solution to useful sim work with a 530 and 430? My only choice now after countless days of messing with this seems to be to swap back to what I was using previously. Am I just in over my head? (formerly Prod Mgr for an International Tech company..)
