hsi_display_horizontal_pilot

Recommended Posts

I'm noticing that "sim/cockpit2/radios/indicators/hsi_display_horizontal_pilot" is not staying in sync with "RXP/radios/indicators/hsi_display_horizontal_pilot". When the RXP dataref is at 0 the xplane ref is still at 1.  This issue seems to manifest itself when the GTN CDI is set to GPS but with no flight plan in the GTN.

Hi,

X-Plane is using its own internal logic to figuring out whether needles display or not and we have not overriding control on this. It is usually working fine though.

If you're developing an aircraft with RXP integration, it is always best to use the RXP datarefs because they will always reflect the correct signal from the RXP GPS.
