In Display setting bottom left do have Dynamic Texture Streaming Ticked or unticked, This has an affect on what your GPU is handling.

Back to the beginning... what problem are we trying to solve?

It would appear that you have a working system, with CPU load around 50% and GPU load below that.. (from your first post).

Yes, you can reduce your CPU load a bit by turning down Autogen, but you would prefer not to.. that is OK.

If you are flying with unlimited fps in P3D, i would suggest trying to limit fps to 29 in Nvidia Control Panel.

Do this in the prepar3d profile, as a test.  That should reduce your CPU load.
