Getting Error 81 with FSX-FLAi-ADS-B Live

Hello Nico

First of all thanks for providing a free utility/add-on to FSX.

I am trying this for the first time and unable to resolve the Error 81 issue and not able to see any traffic. I would appreciate if you can guide me to resolve the issue (I am sure, I am not doing something right). I have read your resolutions and most of the time it is related to activation. I have no clue on how to do that in FSX.

Yes the solution is quite simple, you must tell FSX that you have added AI aircraft and where they are installed.

I am not using FSX for a long time now so i no longer know the details of doing that but maybe someone else may jump in or you may find an answer in a FSX forum. 

Btw I would have expected that the FLAi installer would have done the activation for you ...

Nico Surprisingly this morning when I started FSX and PSXseeconTraffic it worked well and could see 26 live traffic at EDDK. Let me try with other airports and let you know by tomorrow.

It was amazing to see live traffic on airport and around me in the air. Thanks again for providing this great add-on to FSX FREE!!!

I am having a similar problem except I am in MSFS.  Many planes could not be created.  How do I activate?

They are in exact location as in your manual?  That is the only place I am aware to put liveries and have them show in MSFS?  Where should they go?

I have studied your Log.txt. It is only one livery that could not be created. 

It is an A321 from American Airlines with regcode N543UW.

It was tried 50 times and then PSXT quit....

If you remove that one (thus just one line)  from AI_liveries.xml by hand your problem will be solved.

You have more liveries that cannot be created... You should remove them from AI_liveries.xml.

Note that this problem is outside PSXseeconTraffic. You are responsible for installing correct liveries in your sim.

In the next version I will let PSXT complain and issuing error 81 later, so say after 500 instead of 50 not created liveries but that will not solve your issue.  Error 81 is a warning something is wrong and you have to fix it first.

How do you know what is a correct livery?  I think with the exception of perhaps a handful of liveries they are all from the megapack.
