Linda with Fsuipc 6 [resolved]

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I have download the new version of Linda for work with the new version of Fsuipc 6.0.8.

I think I installed Linda in the correct directory C:\Users\magna\Documents\Prepar3D v5 Add-ons\FSUIPC6, but when i launch P3D both version 4.5 and 5, the imput in teh simulator they don't come.

I see that linda receives the impulses from my card, but nothing happens in the simulator. I see that it recognizes both the simulator and the version of Fsuipc but, it does not send command. What should I do?

Thanks for your work and thanks for helping

Davide

Check that your FSUIPC6 is correctly registered (see fsuipc6.log). There is a button you must click during installation.

Do you have valid functions assigned to your devices? Test using a default aircraft.

Hello,

Yes FSUIPC is registered correctly. I have already tried both with default aircraft and with Forms ex NGXu and QW 787, but always without receiving any command in the simulator.

What I have noticed in this moment is that with the Leo Bodnard card, it receives the signal in the first few seconds of Linda's startup, and then and as if they no longer communicate. t is recognized in the devices, but they do not communicate for commands. This is something that I have only noticed now.

I have just re-read your comment the USB card is initially working and then stops. This points to the very annoying Win10 habit of switching power off to USB ports if not used.

See this post covering how to turn off this feature.

The logs you sent indicate that everything else is working as expected.

Hi,
Now everything works. As we said in the various emails, it was caused by a device that was no longer found (who knows which statat).
Now everything works again with both V4.5 and V5.

Thank you so much for the support
