2020 release confirmed by Asobo

Recommended Posts

For anyone still doubting the sim will release in 2020, this should put the matter to rest, I asked the Asobo head of comm' & here is her reply:

Don't you believe it !  Not before 2022  and it is gonna be some kind of addon-less game akin to the  the flight simulator mode in Google Earth.

PS the Ze Wi Wi Klub hey ? Kinda cute.

It's a tongue in cheek name towards a French aviation blogger I'm not a fan of hehe

In the IFR Discovery video yesterday they called it FS2020 multiple times!  Seems to be confirmed by Microsoft themselves, the sim is called FS2020.

Sorry Wobbie!!!  😁

She speaks of E3 2019. It only confirms what we have known for a year, nothing more.

You can call it whatever you want, my alpha copy doesn't say any of that, so you must be referring to something else 😛

FS2020 may well have been the working project name. Many software projects start out with one internal name only to be released with another.

Give people power to really test their personality.

They have been asked to refer it as FS2020, as Avsimmers have been confused as to what sim is being discussed. Obviously, you did notice the shirt the narrator was wearing?

The name doesn't matter to me. From my point of view it can also be called Disney Princess.

Bye the way, now it is clear to me why no release date has been given till now. The reaction is evaluated after each video. The last IFR yesterday. With this, the criticism is big and improvements have to be made. That takes time again.
