FSX-SE US navy flight training schedule

Hey all,

So I have played FSX for a couple months now, and I am decent at it, but not good enough to join or create like a virtual navy squadron, which is my goal. So I'm trying to form a flight training plan for myself. I have the planes, the IRIS T-6 Texan II and the Dino Cattaneo T-45 Goshawk. I was just wondering like what the schedule would be, like what flights I do which things, and how many flights until the next step.
