Just jumping in to say hi!

I've checked in with avsim quite a few times over the years, and finally decided to join up.  Seems like a great community! 🙂

Hey there!

Sure! 🙂  I'd love to have some real world aviation experience, but unfortunately I don't.  Maybe at some point in the future.  My sim experience hasn't been vast, but it has been a long time interest beginning with huge numbers of hours with F19 Stealth Fighter back in the Amiga days.

I'm also a huge fan of open world space games - and although they don't reach the level of simulation in flight sims (I wish they did), I still find them to be a great experience.  As a part of my interest with all things sim and game related, I also run a YouTube channel.

I've been dipping my toes into Xplane 11 over the past year or so, and am very excited for the release of the new Microsoft Flight Simulator! 🙂

My computer: ABS Gladiator Gaming PC featuring an Intel 10700F CPU, EVGA CLC-240 AIO cooler (dead fans replaced with Noctua fans), Asus Tuf Gaming B460M Plus motherboard, 16GB DDR4-3000 RAM, 1 TB NVMe SSD, EVGA RTX3070 FTW3 video card, dead EVGA 750 watt power supply replaced with Antec 900 watt PSU.
