Is the Aerosoft A330 also on the same "Professional" level as the A320/A321?

Does it have the same level of detail like the A330? The VC in the A330 looks very nice and I'm wondering if the A320/A321 is also updated to reflect that.

The cockpit is not dark. This is already good.

But the problem is with flood lighting. It does not work for me.

The VC looks a bit flat compared to the A330. There's no PBR textures?

What about the A318/319? I don't own the 320 and 321, not the professionals anyways.

I am getting a CTD every time I want to load any of the Buses. So tired of this.

HI,

If you have the QW787, that is now V5 compatible. This aircraft uses reallight as well, it also fixes the lights issue on the A31x & 32x that have just been published.

Yes it does, but it does not work.

As soon as I installed the QW787 the lights started working on the airbus.

So they were not capable of gettin the real light beta in their busses? That is slightly embarrassing...

The 330 is newer so the cockpit modeling is superior to that of the 318-321 series. The 330 does not use reallight because the lighting can be achieved with PBR. This also results in the 330 being the most VRAM friendly airliner I have installed in v5.  But they both have nicely done refined cockpits.

I've seen this with a few aircraft and specifically with the AS ones. Assuming what's happening is you're selecting the aircraft, then loading the scenario and before it even shows the loading bar you get dumped to the desktop? If so, delete your prepar3d.cfg file. It should then load. There's definitely something goofy with the cfg file in v5 getting corrupted and the AS bus is very sensitive to it, as is the maddog. I have mitigated this by setting up a vanilla cfg file with all my base settings and saving it as a backup, then if I have this problem, I just replace the current one back with my backup base file and all is well again. Frustrating for sure.

Be sure to report any problems with the reallight installer to AS. Reallight is still in beta and they need to work with TFDi (who makes reallight) if there are problems with the installer. I know there was a version of reallight in the TFDi 717 beta that didn't install right, so be sure to let AS know in the forum so it can get fixed.

RL is in the 320s (working for me) and the 330 doesn't use RL. If it isn't working for you, let AS know so they can address it.

Yep it has been reported, something to do with the RL module not loading correctly with the Airbuses
