For a new install of FSX, I would suggest using the Steam edition.. it has all the fixes applied and is a more stable product.

Kareem - This should fix the problems:  https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/928080/error-1722-when-reinstalling-flight-simulator-x  and  https://www.sync.com/help/installation-error-1603/ . Try the 1722 fix first as it may fix them both..........Doug

The feature transfer error usually means there is a serious problem with Windows. I would contact Microsoft Support.
