FSX-SE QW 788 recurring CTD loading arr airport into FMC

I am running FSX-SE with the following set up:  GPU AMD Radeon HD 7700 series and CPU AMD FX(tm) 4350 Quad Core processor Windows 64bit and this has been running all add-ons effectively for at least three years without a problem. After updating my Quality Wings 787 to the latest version recently I have been encountering CTD recurrently after entering the ICAO code into the Arrival window on the FMC. Yesterday I managed to fly the aircraft from EGKK to LTAI until preparing to descend when CTD occurred after attempting to enter the destination airport into the EFB. The following is an event log for the CTD today after attempting to enter the ICAO code for arrival airport LTAI:
