FSX-SE QW 788 recurring CTD loading arr airport into FMC

I am running FSX-SE with the following set up:  GPU AMD Radeon HD 7700 series and CPU AMD FX(tm) 4350 Quad Core processor Windows 64bit and this has been running all add-ons effectively for at least three years without a problem. After updating my Quality Wings 787 to the latest version recently I have been encountering CTD recurrently after entering the ICAO code into the Arrival window on the FMC. Yesterday I managed to fly the aircraft from EGKK to LTAI until preparing to descend when CTD occurred after attempting to enter the destination airport into the EFB.
