Puzzled

Recommended Posts

I think I need someone to point out what I am doing wrong here.

  1. To install a large program I moved my simobjects and scenery folder from my P3D installation to another drive.
  2. After installation of that program I moved the above folders back
  3. Now I am unable to load any aircraft within P3DV45
  4. I have reinstalled the client and content as well, no joy

Anyone able to spot what I am doing wrong here?

Ditto...make sure your paths are identical...double check and triple check.

I wonder if 4.5 does some sort of file integrity check that looks at timestamps?  I doubt it, but it's worth a search or ask on the LM forums maybe.

It was to do with the simobjects.cfg file. Somehow it reconfigured itself when it did not see a simobjects folder while it was on the other drive. All set now.
