If you don't mind me asking, which do you prefer and why?

The Phenom with GTN mod is a nice little aircraft. But the Falcon is faster, has a longer reach and given that I have her as well for X-Plane, she is one of my favourites. I also like the Hawker. If you accept the shortcomings of the avionics then these are ok planes.

I enjoy the ATR72 a lot. I had previous experience from Flight1 ATR and this representation is fair enough.

Seems worth a shot then for $24.

How do you compare it to the F1 version?

How is it system/ flight dynamics wise?

No, not at all. Both ATR 42 and 72 are a joke, unless you consider FS just a screenshot simulator. See the bug list here :

On second thought..since I have the amazing Majestic Dash 8, perhaps I will be massively disappointed. I guess I will take a pass.

absolutely. It's a world of difference.

Well my work flow is always from cold and dark and then I hand fly to cruise level and descent as well. For that a basic FMC or autopilot works well. What comes to flight dynamics it feels heavy enough.  Hand flying differs not much from F1 ATR if I remember right.
