Hey folks, when i load cold and dark and start fs2crew he doesn't turn on batteries or external power is that correct? i dont want the APU starting until near departure time.

Are you running the Pre Flight events?

There's a config option for the APU.

Ensure you're using an official FS Labs panel state.

Also, ensure no panel state loads by default.  You should always have to load it manually.  This is to ensure everything loads cleanly.

I have selected that the user starts APU (preflight) but he doesn't turn on external power or turns on the batteries, does the APU bit need to be on for him to do this?

Ok so i have put that back to No and he won't power on the aircraft, im using the cold and dark from the MCDU menu, all i hear is fire test but nothing is powered on.

Reinstall sorted it hahaha

Not sure how re-installing would have made a difference... but...
