Not for me, though I know some seem to hate the idea of it and consider it bloatware.........

I think that's kind of an urban legend.

In the meanwhile, I like the auto updates, Ansel, Freestyle, auto optimizations for games, The video capture suite, the streaming features, etc.....

In other words, I find it useful.

I am not yet convinced that Ansel or Freestle have any use for me but Shadowplay is certainly a great recording utility and making worth installing GFE.

What's the difference between Ansel and Freestyle? Instead of installing and setting up reshade, could you just download all the vanilla reshade filters and use them in with nvidia freestyle instead?

Ansel is a screenshot tool. Let's you create super solution screens, panoramic and let's you float around zoom in and out of the user space space to frame your shot.

Think of the drone mode except for screenshots

I use the video capture tool of GE, it is the best in my opinion. I don't see any drawbacks when using GE.
