QW 757 P3D v5 liveries

I installed the QW 757 in v5 via the P3D v4 installer. That means that the QW757 Dispatcher does not work any more.

Has anyone succeeded in installing QualityWings liveries (regardless of product) manually? 

I would greatly appreciate any help.

Did you find an answer to your question? I have the same issue. I've only managed to install one livery (Not from the QW Website) By replacing the default textures.

Does your dispatcher work to install liveries? The aircraft works fine I just cant install liveries from the .qwl format.

Yes.  All of my liveries are from the Qualitywings site.  Well except for an awesome 757-300 Condor livery from the file library here.
