Flight level change not working

Greetings,

 

I cannot get the copilot to change my flight level during flight. How can I fix this.

I assume you're using voice control...

Speak "Set Flight Level 3 3 0".

Make sure the autopilot is off (because when the autopilot is on you as the PF control the autopilot, not the PM).

Make sure you see the phrase in the Green Bar.
