Recently I purchased a new Laptop Computer.  I wish to Move my RealityXP products to my X-Plane 11 on my new computer.  How do I do this?

You won't move the RXP products, you've to reinstall them using the e-commerce installer and the "REINSTALL" button.

ok, when i try to download the reinstaller the files disappear from my computer.

I am installing RXP GNS 530 on a new computer. The Setup program "Setup - RealityXp Garmin GNS v2 (X-Plane)" is stuck with zero progress showing; can't cancel. Computer shows the program is using 6% CPU and the fans are running at higher than normal RPM, but it's been a while (1/2 hour?) and it's not making any progress. Is this related to the false-positive virus detection?
