How To Install RealityXP in XP11 on New Computer (resolved)

Recently I purchased a new Laptop Computer.  I wish to Move my RealityXP products to my X-Plane 11 on my new computer.  How do I do this?

Hi,

You won't move the RXP products, you've to reinstall them using the e-commerce installer and the "REINSTALL" button.

ok, when i try to download the reinstaller the files disappear from my computer.

this is the reason why:

Make sure to exclude any 'rxp' files in your A/V program.
