If you mean us who were born between 1946-1964.

Answer is simple: We were taught to Read! 📚😀

Well the real reason, back then. If you didn’t have a manual, there was nothing else 🤪

I was about to say this was substandard as you can't read it on the john like a real manual... then I remembered about Modern Technology.

Have I been reading this one forum for the last almost 12 hours??  At least I'm close to getting caught up.  I think.

Do we know if there’s a list of shortcuts out there?

If you mean keyboard shortcuts, I've seen a few, and they don't match each other.  For example, there were two different versions of which key took a screen shot, but that function was not in our version.  I don't know if we'll still need an external screen shot program, or Windows key print screen or whatever.

Well if I ever need a surgeon for my “mid century modern” self, I’ll be sure they were educated before YouTube’s creation!

The checklists don't help much if people want to learn things like using the radios, the autopilot, etc.
