Alternate Pause and Camera Options

I must let users in on a little secret , DEV Mode Cameras and pause simulation  when the developer toolbar is enabled a host of useful features are available like slew mode  , cameras without position restrictions , perfect for flyby or screenshots , a pause simulator toggle under option , an aircraft selection window that negates the need to go to the main menu ... go find out what your able to do outside the box  .

Would appreciate it if you could indicate where the Developer's Tool Bar is located, or how you enable it.

 I have looked around various MSFS screens but can't find it.
