File permission issues

Without trying to start another complaints thread, does anyone else have problems with fill permissions?

 

I’m trying to duplicate the King Air, simply so I can change the tile of the aircraft in the aircraft.cfg file without modifying the original. I thought a simple copy paste of the folder to the community folder would do the trick, but I get the message “Your Organisation does not allow you to place this file here”

 

Does anyone have a solution?
