So it's currently impossible to add new liveries to the Deluxe and Premium Deluxe aircraft because the aircraft.cfg file is encrypted as part of the DRM to stop people from pirating the content.

Dont know why someone said it is more hassle than p3d/fsx. Looks really simple, and dont have to manually edit any cfg to make them work. Im impressed.

 

Now, how does this work in multiplayer. Will other people see you as a standard a320, some random plane, or not at all?

Great progress being made in these past few days since the release! This is awesome. Hopefully we'll be able to have a full AI package soon with liveries! I am anxiously waiting so that I can go around my favorite airports and use the drone mode for some awesome plane spotting moments!

right now you only see aircraft looking the same as yours

Does anyone have a BLANK/White C-172 livery they can upload somewhere? 

I really want to custom make my own livery - having some trouble with the files. X-Planes liveries were incredibly easy to edit - wish we had it that easy here!

I watched the youtube video and found my mistake. Works now!

There is a BAW livery now, but it's not 100% accurate. The airline name is on top, because the way the texture is UV mapped the area where the name should be is very warped and weird.
