Where are the settings for Kilograms and Millibars?

I cannot find a setting to change weights from gallons and pounds to kilograms. Also, no option to have altimeter set using hPa (millibars). Surely this has not been omitted? Outside the USA this is more common. I looked up Asobo and they are French. They are a metric country and use kg and millibars in aviation. FSX had this option, as did the sims before it.

Am I missing it or is this a glaring omission?

Brought up already. Both metric weights, volume and altimetry have been completely omitted.

It’s an omission. Asobo is well aware of the need to add metric units and will be doing so in a future update.

The Airbus and Boeing airliners do have the ability to switch altimeter settings between hectopascals and in/hg, but none of the GA aircraft do, and of course there needs to be an option in the aircraft loading menu to set passenger and fuel weights in KG

I have no personal interest in using the built-in ATC emulation, but I have heard that the simulated controllers give altimeter settings in inches at all airports, even in Europe.

Ironically, in the menu for creating  a custom weather scenario, the window to set barometric pressure is only available in hectopascals.

Sorry, I did not come across previous discussions on it. Must have been quite far back. 
 

Wow! That’s an omission of magnitude!!! Why would they drop it? Do they not know that the world does not revolve around the USA system? No offense to the USA folks but seriously, poor decision Asobo/Microsoft. Outside of the USA, the metric system is the standard. I do hope they fix this as this is not OK.
 

Fact is that ICAO has made it clear that they would like to see the entire aviation world move towards a more metric centred system. This includes using KG for fuel and all other weights, and hPa for altimeter settings. So this is a step backwards.
