Blurry Texture

I don't have any clue what's going on here (Low texture). Is there anyone know how to fix this? Thank you

My pc specs : i5 - 6400,  GTX 1060 3GB,  32GB RAM

your render scaling is too low put it to at least70

Usually it should be at 100.

That being said... on what kind of potatoe are you trying to run this, if these are your settings? That's basically bare minimum for everything.
