Last night I purchased MK Studios Tenerife North, thinking that I had MK’s Tenerife South which is required to run the scenery. When I went to install it I realized that I screwed up, and actually had the Digital Design Tenerife South. My error of course, since I didn’t do my due diligence. I sent a ticket last night about the situation, and within a few hours they had responded with a refund credit. I used the credit shortly after to buy Justsim EDDV. This was great customer service and was resolved quickly. Thank you Simmarket!

Yes, same experience. I accidentally bought the Aerosoft A318/A319 instead of the full A320 family. It was resolved in literally minutes.

Quite often we just get the posts with someone complaining about this and that.

 

It is really nice to also get posts about good experiences. We have a lot of great vendors in the FS world and apart from a few mistakes that happen are generally quite good.

This also happened to me, I made a stupid mistake when buying an add-on, I received fast and full support to change it speedily and without any argument. Whenever possible, I only buy from them as a result, and that for seventeen years...
