Air Speed Above 185 Knots

Not sure why this has started happening.  But while flying I keep getting a notification my airspeed is above 185 knots, and to reduce speed during climb, I can pitch the nose up.  This seems to happen at various times, but right now, for example, I'm level up at 30,000 feet.  I'm not worried about climbing at this point...

Right now I'm in the Cessna Longitude.

That’s definitely a strange error message. In a high-performance jet aircraft, airspeed in climb would usually be 250 knots or higher.

Did you climb with flaps or gear down?

No, everything is configured, and it continues during cruise, not just climbing out.

Hi I had a similar problem in the Cessna using the Garmin 1000, kept saying 74kts for me not 185 but it was happening because I had accidentally turned on the speed references and set 74kts not realising I’d done it as the knobs to select and set values are a pain to adjust(need a fix), anyway what I had to do is press the tmr/ref soft key on the pdf and carefully turn off references, not sure this is your problem but thought I’d mention it , hope it helps.

Vspeeds bug on or off

1. Press the TMR/REF softkey.
2. Rotate the large FMS knob to highlight the Vspeed field.
3. Rotate the small FMS knob to select the desired speed, and then press the ENT key. (An asterisk appears to indicate you changed the default speed.)
4. Rotate the large FMS knob to move the cursor to the Off/On field.
5. Rotate the small FMS knob to select Off or On, and then press the ENT key.
6. Press the TMR/REF softkey to close the window.
