August 25, 20205 yr I'm unable to get a slew rate that will allows me to precisely place an aircraft on a ramp. One quick key stroke will send the plane 1/4 mile away. Does anyone have any Ideas how to slow it down so it can be used for precision placement?
August 25, 20205 yr As a workaround I reduce the sim rate to the minimum during slew, which helps a little. But I'd also like to find a way to make the slew increments much smaller.
August 25, 20205 yr Just assign a joystick axis to the slew. You can have both the slew AND the flights controls assigned to the joystick as the flight controls are disabled in slew mode. Specs: Win10, 4790K, nVidia 1080ti, Saitek Yoke+Quadrant+Radio/Switch and AP panels, VRInsight 737 overhead, Virtual Avionics 737 MCP. 3 x 1440*900 main display + 1024*600 VDU display. NLR V3 Motion seat. Oculus DK2 CV1 HTC Vive VR headsets.
