Probably is too soon to ask, but have you any plans to make a version for the new Microsoft Flight Simulator?

Cheers

Hi, I believe it is too soon to ask indeed! 🤐

Issue is with MSFS working sandboxed.

A gauge cannot talk to the Windows UI.

There be problems with the Garmin Trainer that is needed currently.

Air Manager has it's gauges talking to MSFS in it's v4.0 Beta. I've used it...

The problem is not about running the trainer process nor in displaying the GTN screen in a FS2020 gauge.

The problem is rooted deeper and is the same as with any FltSim version from FS9 to P3D5 and now to FS2020: unlike X-Plane, there is no overriding capability for the autopilot and the simvars... This is all done today in hacking and injecting code at run time into the Fltsim runtime. This is the technology which makes it possible to integrate the GTN in any aircraft and get any 3rd party gauge displaying correct needle deviation and any 3rd party autopilot (implemented on the internal Fltsim autopilot system) to guide the aircraft from our GTN navigation data.

This is impossible as-is with FS2020 sandboxed approach. I say as-is of course because we're looking at other ways...

Very bad news but predictable when we know how your products works and how MSFS is done. They should open more of the internal engine.

I don't know if it's a good idea to connect to their PA, as it is really bad 😉

But your skills are amazing and i have faith.
I you need testers a day, i'm here

I have faith Jean Luc, you will figure it out. 😉

Your product is a must have add on for any FS, I hope it will be available in the near future... even though is good news to hear you are working on this project.

Hi there,

Unsure if this is the right forum for this question?

Looking at purchasing Reality XP Garmin 430 for X-Plane but would rather it on FS 2020. Any idea of when this could be released for the FSD 2020?

Thanks in advance!

I'm hoping for the 530 for 2020 also...

Microsoft / Asobo say that they are planning changes to the SDK to make it more flexible or developers in their next major update. Here's hoping that whatever they change makes it easier for you to get what you need done.
