Where can i to download livery for the 787 Dreamliner?

I'm not sure there are any yet?

Plenty for the Neo and some starting to come for things such as the 747. However, fuselage mapping on the 747 is mirrored so people are currently just chucking out liveries with logos back to front on one side. Possibly the 787 is also suffering from less than friendly mapping.

Since the 787 is part of the Premium Deluxe version the files are under DRM and cannot be accessed by developers/modders at this time.

We have to wait until they are able to work around this or are given access by the developer/publisher.

It's a fact, that there's a lot of livery for A320 but i hope the same for the 787 which is also an excellent plane!

The free livery pack coming out 'soon' on the Marketplace will include a 787 livery (they said every plane would get one), so maybe addon makers will be able reverse engineer it. Unless they also DRM protect it.
