September 7, 20205 yr I'm confident there will be an outstanding one eventually, but if anyone can point me toward a decent one now for use is MSFS 2020, I would be in your debt. The reason is I am using an old copy of the "Microsoft Flight Simulator X For Pilots" book by Jeff van West et. al. which, as Paladin2005 points out, is still the best book for virtual aviation. And its early chapters use the J-3 Cub, so it would be nice to read along with that plane open. Not a huge deal, but on a lark I thought I would reach out to the community. Thanks in advance.
September 7, 20205 yr Not currently, no. The Ziln Savage is probably the closest you'll get, in terms of cockpit and overall "spirit", but I think the Shock Ultra would be closer on performance.

This is for FSX/P3D, currently will not work in MSFS, but the A2A Simulations Piper J3 Cub is the best you can get. It even has an optional passenger who will interact with you. You start it by hand propping. 😄 If you are still using FSX/P3D you might look into this, as it is one of the few aircraft that would make me fly P3D again. It will not be possible to port this Cub to MSFS. It might be quite a few years waiting for an official A2A version, considering how long we had to wait for a P3Dv4 version. 😄 Hook Larry Hookins Oh! September 7, 20205 yr i find the savage cub not bad at all, its my main aircraft. i think it might be possible to apply the book to that, not sure tho.
September 7, 20205 yr Just hope A2A gets theirs to us sooner than later. This sim REALLY needs some good planes. And VR.... ROG MAXIMUS X HERO, Intel Core i7 8700K, 32 GB's 3200 RAM, Gigabyte RTX3080,
