Just adjust sensitivity and make it a sluggish as you feel is right.

Bringing them out of CL will only limit the upper thrust available to the ATHR. 

The proper way of taking over manual thrust control from ATHR is to bring the levers out of CL and match the TLA "donuts" with thrust indicators, then push the disconnect button.

You're absolutely right though. I was trying to keep it super simple for the sake of arguement.

Clearly is the SDK is the biggest issue here, so let's hope Asobo improves on the SDK better than its current state now.

i have zero issues with correctly done constructive criticism, or even angry ranting, but the same rules apply to the critique as it does to the subject.

Not to mention testing out a "latest (not 'stable') build," and then declaring the whole project should be junked because it isn't behaving in a stable manner.  🙄
