How do I get the values to input on INIT B and the Perf pages?  In FSlabs they have tools and you can use Simbrief but I am not sure how to get the values in MSFS.

The only modifiable field on the INIT B page at the moment is the ZFW/ZFWCG. The rest is either populated based on the weight and balance you've set in the in-sim flight planner or inoperative and left blank.
