Finally fixed game stutters

I set [Threaded Optimization] to off and it’s stutter city. My belief is it should be set to on. It does as it’s name suggests, optimises the threaded stuff. As far as I understand it tries to spread workload of main cpu thread to other threads, thus lowering CPU bottleneck.

After a quick test, this was my observation.  👍  I set it back to ON.

I don't understand why this would relate to the CPU in a graphics card tweaking application, but I don't understand a lot of things relating to this at the moment. 😁

Call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind, but I prefer Rob.

I like to trick airline passengers into thinking I have my own swimming pool in my back yard by painting a large blue rectangle on my patio.

it is most likely not your GPU but rather a process that is running periodically that your CPU is consumed by. You need to track down those processes.

I’m using hyperthreading on a six-core CPU and have Lasso assign 10 of the 12 threads to MSFS. But agree on eliminating unnecessary background processes.

I have per some advice somewhere else on this forum (and also a substantial MSFS thread on reddit) disabled windows dynamic thread boosting.

Surely disabling is done by NOT SELECTING this in Lasso?

I will try it both ways with my current setup and report back.

Sim is smoother thread optimization off.
