Has anyone managed to import the Stearman into FSX?

Recommended Posts

I've transferred several of my fs9 favourites successfully, but not Dave Eckert's beautiful Stearman. The aircraft flies fine in FSX, and looks even better than in fs9, but the panel has only blank holes for the instruments, and I can't trace any gauges in my fs9 Gauges folder. If anyone has succeeded in importing the Stearman, advice would be much appreciated. [Maybe aliasing would be possible, but I don't know how to do it]

Look in your Panel Config. You will be able go see what gauges are pointed at and then you will be able to find them in your gauges folder (FS9). You can open your Panel Config with Notepad. Of course if any of them are FS98 gauges then they won't work. Craig
