Hello Bryan,
Thanks for the new FS2Crew Product Manager and the update for PushbackExpress!
A request;
If I set the double arrow, it would be great if the double arrow disappears after a few seconds.
It disturbs the immersion when you see such an arrow in the scenery in my opinion.
Feasible and useful?

You can toggle the arrow on and off/ hide and show.  Just click the arrow button.

I cannot get the pushback arrow to show.  Where is it located in the PBE dialog box (the one with the settings) ?  I tried to launch application in the window that pops up from the toolbar but nothing launched there ?

Did you select "Distance Mode"?

Ensure you do.

Also, ensure ENABLE HTTPS is selected:
