I'd love to see a review on REX Weather Force if you ever get it. Right now, for me, it looks like a game changer.

If I ever get it, I'll certainly do one. I'm in two minds at the moment. Mixed reactions on here and people seem overwhelmingly disappointed with it on REX's Discord server. And I'm just not famous enough on YouTube to justify spending that kind of money on a product that I'm not at least fairly sure I'll like! 😉  I'll keep an eye on the feedback though and may throw caution to the wind (eh? eh?!) and just buy it eventually.

Someone answered 'yes' to this question but I just purchased this on the Marketplace and I have the animated people suspended in the air and it says 'version 1.0'. I bought it specifically on the marketplace because I understood it had been updated. Now it seems its not.

Has anyone actually managed to update it on the Marketplace?

Hello to all,

we are pleased to announce an update to our Key West scenery for MSFS 2020, which features the following improvements:

• Ft. Jefferson at Dry Tortugas National Park added.
• Loggerhead Island with Lighthouse added.
• Added F/A-18 of the VF-106 Strike Fighter Squadron at Key West NAS.
• Added extra details to Key West NAS. Removed GA parking spots and replaced with Mil parking spots.
• Added vegetation and swamps around the Key West runway.
• Background aerial image better color matching to the surrounding scenery.
• Removed default Windsock.
• Added custom Landmarks POIs, a new feature allowed by MSFS 1.9.0.3 update.

The update can be obtained by running the FSDT Live Update, if you purchased from the FSDT website or from Simmarket. 

We also sent the update to Microsoft for verification and release, so it will be available on the MS Marketplace soon.

Hello,

Key West from FSDT is the only add-on I have for Microsoft flight simulator. I installed it through the marketplace. I have an issue where the main Bridge close to the airport is partially underwater. I have updated the scenery to the latest version and still no good. I hope every time Microsoft updates FS2020 it will correct the problem but it doesn't.  Am I the only one having this problem? I can't seem to find anyone else reporting it. Key West brings back a lot of memories and like I said it's the only add-on I have done. A stock clean MSFS install and never have any issues with Microsoft flight simulator or their updates. Thanks to anyone who can help!

FSDT Key West is a great addon airport at a really good price.

I just logged in to have a look. if you mean the bridge across to where the naval air station is located I have parts of that under water as well.  Submerged bridges and boats are very common unfortunately.

I notice the airfield has also been infested with those silly blue lights on sticks.

With regard to the bridges, the options are firstly contact FSDT and ask if they might consider fixing the bridge as a bonus feature in a future update to their addon and secondly advise Microsoft about it on Zendesk just in case they happen to be doing scenery work in the Florida area in the near future.

It's sad that the bridges were never fixed. Just another one of the annoyances we live with while the sim remains a WIP.
